He founded WB Realty Co. in 2015, and since then, Ryan has overseen the development of many successful residential and commercial projects. Ryan consistently delivers quality property management services to investors and partners, while taking great pride in his service standards for both commercial and residential clients. Ryan's commitment isn't limited to real estate alone—he is also an active participant in Iowa's agriculture programs, further exemplifying his dedication to rural Iowa's future through his engagement in ranching and farming activities.

Brittany Freund is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at WB Realty Co, boasting over 12 years of experience and 300+ transactions including office, industrial, flex, retail, and land deals. Brittany earned her CCIM designation in 2017 and secured the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association Deal of the Year Under $5 Million award in 2018. Her leadership shines through as the 2021 Co-Chair of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo and the 2022 President of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association. Notably, Brittany is also a distinguished honoree of the Business Record Forty Under 40 and is a current board member for Dorothy’s House.

Matt Guns is a Broker Associate at WB Realty Co. He has over 15 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, and specializes in asset acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management. Matt is a Certified Property Manager and a Certified Public Accountant. His financial background and years of experience allow him to truly understand his clients’ needs and tailor his services to each client’s unique situation. Matt is a former president of the Iowa Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a former board member of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, a current board member of the MercyOne House of Mercy, and a graduate of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy.
