Dunn Property
Norwalk
Dunn Industrial is the first 40 acres of a larger development area on the south side of Norwalk, Iowa. WB Realty Co. managed the land entitlements and infrastructure improvements for the new city street and the development of two flex-warehouse buildings for sale or lease. The remainder of the site is for sale or available for build-to-suit leases. Contact a broker for more information.
South Branch Business Park
West Des Moines
South Branch Business Park is a 44 acre business park located near the Interstate 35 and Hwy 5 interchange in West Des Moines, Iowa. This business park will consist of three warehouses totaling over 450,000 square feet, as well as a 12 acre lot zoned general industrial. The sitework has commenced and the first warehouse will be delivered Summer of 2024. These warehouses are available for sale or lease, contact a broker for more information.

Fund
We work with a network of trusted lenders and investors to fund our development projects. Financing structure can make or break development projects, so we take time in each project analysis to identify the most effective capital and debt structure. We utilize a robust financial model to create project ProFormas, sources and use stables, target rent rolls, operating budgets, and annual cash flow projections. Our development team establishes budgets early in the project and manage cash requirements from investors with total transparency.
Execute
Our development team ensures a successful project by utilizing extensive construction knowledge and years of project management experience. We continually rely on our trusted consultants and contractors to deliver high quality products. Financial accountability is key to successful development projects; therefore we meticulously manage our active budgets with full transparency and reporting. Working hand-in-hand with our commercial brokers, we work tirelessly to ensure that we get the most exposure possible and achieve stabilization on schedule with projections. Union 315
West Des Moines
Union 315 is a Class-A Mixed-Use building in the heart of Vally Junction in West Des Moines, Iowa. This project was a re-development project started in 2020, transforming the 300 block of Valley Junction. West Des Moines desired more affordable housing, and WB Realty answered by providing 80% of the residential units as income restricted, rent controlled units. Our commercial brokerage team found lessees for the remaining 14,000 SF of office and retail spaces, and achieved stabilization in less than 9 months from completion of construction.
Silverado Estates
Norwalk
Silverado Estates is a 40 Acre rural estate development located on the West Side of Norwalk, Iowa. This development created 1-3 acre estate lots in a rural setting that continues to be highly desirable. WB Realty coordinated the engineering design, entitlements, management of infrastructure construction, and lot sales.
